PLEASE SUBMIT A QUOTE REQUEST FOR ALL ORDERS NO MATTER HOW SOON YOU NEED A CAKE.
It is preferred that all orders be placed through email, even on short notice. Once you have sent in a Quote Request you are penciled in for your day. If your date is filling up, we will notify you. After all the details have been worked out we can accept a deposit (see below).
We accept all orders based upon availability. With most of the “crazy date days” behind us (like 10-10-10) we are pretty much available 365 days a year. We make cake every day and we give it our full attention (it is not just a side job like some of our competitors). For wedding cakes we suggest you place your order at least two months in advance to hold the date, especially if you require delivery. However we will fill all orders, even wedding cakes, on short notice if available. Please submit your Quote Request form to start the process.
How soon do I need to place my order and deposit?
You may request a quote at any time. We accept deposits up to 1 year in advance. We prefer to have a final wedding cake order at least 3 weeks in advance of your wedding date, but can work a shorter time frame if need be.
Deposits and Payment
A 50% Deposit is required to hold the date (once the order is worked out), or you may pre-pay the whole order. The easiest method for payments is to pay online by credit or debit card. Once we have a total, I send you a link to pay online. My credit card processing (online or over the phone) is done through Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY THIS WAY. We also accept personal check if received more than 2 weeks from date of delivery. For orders placed within 2 weeks of wedding date we accept credit and debit cards only.
If a balance is owed, it must be paid at least 7 days in advance of wedding in cash, credit or debit card.
50% Refund of Deposit or Payment amount will be given up to 2 weeks in advance of delivery date. No refund for cakes cancelled within 2 weeks of delivery time. Most cakes may be rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours in advance.
We cannot be held responsible for more than the original amount of the cake order if we are unable to deliver your cake due to inclement weather, road closure, power outages or other extraordinary incidents.
